144/365 Ebay PDA

See what I won on EBay? I'm so excited to be back to using a PDA for my client schedules. Goodbye bulky Dayrunner calendar. Hello Dell Axim.

143/365 Scaredy Cat

This cute little guy is our newest addition. He keeps trying to hide because he's afraid. See how tiny he is? He's still nameless...gotta see what fits him first.

142/365 Mirror Messages

This is a common event at our house. We leave messages for each other on the bathroom mirror using a dry erase marker. It's hard to miss and it wipes off easily.

141/365 Diet Dessert

I found a great sweet treat that I could eat on my diet. Strawberry Italian Ice...very yummy. Instead of adding any lemon or orange, I just toss in my 6-7 fresh strawberry, some crushed ice, 6 drops of stevia and just enough water to let it blend. DELISH!

140/365 The Wrong Idol

I'm so bummed! I really wanted Adam Lambert to win American Idol, but Kris Allen got the honor. Although I don't think it will affect how successful Adam will be.

139/365 Microburst

Our neighborhood was hit by a microburst on Tuesday and it damaged our roof. These tiles fell and broke on our deck. We were one of four houses in a row that was affected.

138/365 Jacob's Progress

Jacob is finally nearing the end of his course with Accutane. As you can see, it's doing a fine job of drying him out. His lips are always cracked. The doctor says the redness from the acne will take a while to fade, but his skin is finally clear.

137/365 100 Grams

This little food scale has been used daily while I've been on the hCG diet. I have to weigh all my protein (raw) and I only get 100 grams per lunch and dinner. The end is in sight for my diet. 2 more lbs and I'll be at my goal weight.

136/365 Mama Mia!

I finally got to see this movie. Went and rented it and Jason watched it with me. I love ABBA so it was a lot of fun to see how someone took all those songs and created a story line to fit them.

135/365 Oh Motherboard!

Would you just look at this beauty! It's Jason's new Rampage 2 Gene motherboard. This, along with the other computer parts he purchased today, means he can begin to build his new computer.

134/365 Let's Go Shopping

Board shorts are on sale! We go. Jacob tries on several pairs and can't find one that fits. Lucky me, I get to buy him one pair from Sports Authority for what I could have gotten two pairs from Old Navy.

133/365 Cat-In-A-Box

Cat makes himself at home in computer case box. Really, if there is a box and a cat in the same room, they will be joined. Don't try to understand it, just accept it.

132/365 It's A Screamer!

You know you wish your husband was as cool as mine. This is THE fastest computer I have ever owned. In my life. And it used to be his. Well, technically we are sharing right now, but he will be building another one so we will each have a "screamer".

131/365 Monday = Work Day

This is where you will find me every Monday. It doesn't matter what time of day you stop by, I'll be there. Doing nails. I do not complain about the long day. I'm very spoiled. I work Monday and Tuesday and the rest of the week is mine. Don't be hatin'.

130/365 Mother's Day

If I haven't said it before (but we know I have) I'll tell you now what an awesome husband I've got. He always buys me wonderful gifts. If I just mention something that I need or want, he'll remember it and then on the next occasion, he'll get it for me. I am now the proud owner of the Twilight series and my crunchy heels are going to be a thing of the past.

129/365 Olivia's 10th Birthday

Olivia is 10 years old today! You can't tell now, but this is an ice cream cake that looked like a purse. We had to remove the purse handles to put her candles on. Happy Birthday Olivia!!

128/365 Cute Repair

I love my old Levis so much that when they got worn out enough to rip in the seat, I repaired them with these cute flower patches.

127/365 Face Doc

Today should have been Jacob's last appointment with the dermatologist. Neither his dad nor I can continue to afford the Accutane. He's been on it for the last 6 months and that is usually a full course. Well, the doc said he wants us to follow up in one month so he can see Jacob's progress.

126/365 Blog Background Update

Today I realised that I didn't save the correct PSD file on my computer to change out the things on my cork board. So I spent WAY too much time creating another one. This time I saved it.
Then I went in and made a new header. I was ready for an update.

125/365 Lazy Day

Here is pretty much where I spent most of my day on Tuesday. Yes, my computer desk is a mess and there is a stack of checks from my clients that needs to go to the bank and laundry piling up in the basket. But still I sit.

124/365 My Boys

Jacob and Jared let me take their picture. Together. Wow! I think Jared needs him a hair cut. Jacob is going to try to grow his out a little. They look so much like their dad sometimes.

123/365 Campfire Coffee

It's early morning and Jason had some nice hot coals to put the percolator on. I'm so glad we got out to Payson, even for just one night.

122/365 Last Minute Camping Trip

Jason and I made an impromptu camping trip on Saturday. It's great to get away every now and then. We just hung out by the fire, talked and played Farkle. Next time we hope to plan ahead and go with friends or family.

121/365 No Photo? Just Fake It

I never took a picture on Friday, but I just used Photoshop to represent what my day was like. Jason and I took Jacob and Jared to their dad's house in the evening. According to the parenting agreement, I only have to drive the kids one way, every 3rd visit. (It has to do with percentages of income and such.)
